I'm Roman, a freelance photographer and videographer.
What started with a drone and a vision has turned into a journey of growth, creativity, and endless possibilities. Learning the craft of photography and videography has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, not just because of what I’ve been able to create, but because of the people I’ve met along the way. Friends, clients, mentors, each one has pushed me, inspired me, and believed in me, even when I was still figuring things out. For me, the best part about a project isn't filming, editing, and producing a final result, it's seeing how what I've created makes people feel. seeing someone express the emotion I was trying to convey tells me everything I need to know about how well I did.
I founded Aurora Media because I wanted a more professional way to offer the creative services I was already passionate about. What started as casual shoots quickly turned into a growing demand, and I knew I needed a brand that reflected the quality and versatility I strive to deliver. Aurora Media was built to be more than just a name, I wanted it to be a go-to company for anyone who had a vision they wanted to bring to life. Everywhere I go, I see opportunities for better media, whether it’s a business lacking strong visuals, a property that needs the right angles, or an event that deserves to be remembered. Aurora Media is my way of turning that potential into something real.

Fact 1
I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY (Go Bills), and later moved to Virginia, where I now attend school at Virginia Tech.

My journey started with a vision to capture real estate from above. That idea led me to get my invest in a drone, obtain my drone license and dive into aerial photography.

After obtaining my drone license, my very first gig was a wedding... let's just say I was beyond nervous that first shoot.

To this day I still get nervous before shoots, but the moment the camera comes out, everything clicks. I lock in, focus up, and just let the creativity take over.
